For anyone looking for more intensive, personalised support and deep, sustainable transformation
Your program is built entirely around your situation - what you're navigating and what you want to achieve.
That might mean working through a specific decision or transition over a short intensive period. It might mean longer term support as you move through a significant life change. Or something in between.
As your coach, I’ll draw on a range of practical tools and reflective techniques, tailored to you and where you are right now.
What stays constant is the focus - on what you want to achieve and making real progress toward the life you want.
Sessions are typically 45 to 60 minutes via Zoom, held weekly, fortnightly or monthly depending on your goals and what suits you best. In-person or phone sessions can also be arranged if preferred.

How we’ll work together

We’ll begin with a free 20-minute intro call to get a feel for each other and whether coaching is the right step for you. It’s relaxed, pressure-free, and a chance to ask questions and talk about what you're hoping to get out of coaching.

After our chat, I’ll recommend the coaching option that best suits your goals and where you’re at. That might be one of my group programs or a tailored 1:1 package. Coaching isn’t one-size-fits-all, so we’ll choose the approach that gives you the right level of support, structure and flexibility.

Before your first session, you’ll receive a short Starting Points Questionnaire - a simple set of questions to help me understand your goals, communication preferences, and how I can best support you.

We’ll meet via Zoom (or in person by arrangement) on a schedule that suits you - weekly, fortnightly or monthly, depending on your goals. Each session is tailored to you and includes worksheets or resources to support your thinking and actions between sessions.
You’ll also have access to support between sessions by phone or email just in case something pops up along the way.

After your program, you’ll be invited to join our private online community - a space to connect with others, share experiences, and access regular tips and tools, as well as early invites to workshops and events.
Some clients also choose to book quarterly or half-yearly check-ins to stay on track and keep up momentum.
